it sings because it has a song."

Hello

I’m Anna, a singer-songwriter, compulsive doodler, singing teacher, and creative arts therapist.

My work and life experiences have pointed me to notice that creativity, kindness, curiosity, and collaboration are central to living a meaningful life, and so these qualities are foundational to the way I work with others.

I engage collaboratively with people to create rich and supportive understandings of experiences, emotions, wants, needs, values, and possibilities. A collaborative inquiry process allows the people I work with to experience creativity and make meaning that enriches their lives while it illuminates choices that lead to their own preferred ways of being in the world.

Respecting you as the expert in your life, I offer tools, approaches, and experiences that foster autonomy, awareness, and expressive confidence.

Each of us has experiences that are worth exploring and sharing.
You might be interested in engaging with creativity but not know where to start, or you might be an established artist who wants to enrich their processes further. You might have had decades of experience with therapy, you might be a therapist yourself, or you might never have thought about therapy.
Whoever you are and wherever you're at, I welcome you in the spirit of creativity, kindness, curiosity, and collaboration.

1:1 Therapy Sessions, Professional Supervision, Vocal coaching, and Therapeutic Creativity Workshops are held in and around Melbourne. Feel free to message me with any inquiries.

✌️Thanks for stopping by,

Anna Paddick

Acknowledgements of and respect for Country, place, people, nature, lived experiences and truth-telling are important aspects of living sense-fully. Through my work I invite and welcome meaningful and sincere engagement with our relationships to people and place.
